Although passenger vehicles are allowed on campus, some streets are inaccessible by car or are designated "motor vehicles only" or "pedestrians only". The campus also has very limited parking space, so the majority of the members of the university walk or ride a bicycle.
If you have plenty of time, you can rent a YouBike (stylized as U bike) at several locations just outside the school grounds and ride it into the campus. For rental information and applicable regulations, visit the YouBike website. Currently shuttle buses that run between different campuses are only available to members of the University. The shuttle buses between Academia Sinica and NTU are available to visitors for a fee.
